HOW MUCH IS U.S. SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of $100 or more. (The discount is applied automatically; no code needed.) For domestic orders under $100, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship anywhere that UPS delivers. Rates vary based on destination, and duties and taxes are included at checkout. We also offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for USPS First Class International, but duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon your order’s arrival.


WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER OR SHIPMENT?

You will receive an email confirming your order and another with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t find these in your inbox after placing an order, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email orders@sollybaby.com. Updates are also available on your account, if you created one at checkout.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours. When we have an unusually high volume of orders due to seasonal launches, sales, etc., it may take a bit longer for your order to ship. Orders within the contiguous U.S. ship UPS 3-Day Air (approximately 3 business days). Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii ship USPS Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 business days). International delivery windows vary, but average 2+ weeks depending on destination and options selected at checkout.

Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any shipping/transit delays or missing packages.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to accept a return or exchange of unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of your order’s arrival. Simply email orders@sollybaby.com to get started.

Please note:
  • If the item does not meet the above conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • If the item was purchased using a promotion code requiring the purchase of two items, returning one of those items will make the promotion pricing invalid. Your refund will reflect paying full price for the item you are keeping.
  • Items marked **Final Sale** cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Solly Baby will cover the cost of return shipping on your first return or exchange from a U.S. address (excluding APO/FPO addresses). You will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

If you received a Solly Baby item purchased from our website as a gift and don’t wish to keep it, it may be eligible for exchange or store credit. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Please email orders@sollybaby.com for more details.

PREORDERS

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A preorder is an order placed for a product that is not currently in stock but is in production. The anticipated ship date will be noted in the product listing. By placing a preorder, you ensure you receive the item when the next lot becomes available. Your item will be shipped to you before the product is listed as back in stock on our website. Your credit card/method of payment will be processed when the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Preorder products cannot be shipped until they are finished in production—even if you select expedited shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN-STOCK ITEM AND A PREORDER ITEM TOGETHER?

All items in the same order ship together by default. If you order one or more items in addition to your preorder item, all of your items will be held until your preorder is ready to ship.If you are located in the U.S. and need your order to be split, so you receive the in-stock product(s) sooner, please email orders@sollybaby.com for assistance.
