We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders of $80 or more within the contiguous U.S. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your qualifying minimum subtotal of at least $80; no code needed. Subtotal refers to the amount of your order after promotional codes are applied and does not include taxes or shipping. For domestic orders under $80, we offer 2-day shipping at a flat rate of $6.95.

Yes! We ship anywhere that UPS delivers. UPS Rates vary based on destination, and duties and taxes are included at checkout.
We also offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for USPS First Class International to some destinations, but duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon your order’s arrival.

Solly Baby Paid Shipping Protection Policy

At Solly Baby, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your orders. For an additional fee of $1.97 at checkout, our Paid Shipping Protection offers enhanced coverage and peace of mind, ensuring your purchase is protected from unforeseen shipping issues.

1. Coverage

1.1 Protection Against Loss or Theft:

  • Your order is protected against loss or theft during transit. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately. We will work with both you and the carrier to locate your package or find a resolution. Please note, additional steps may be required on your end to verify the situation. 

1.2 Protection Against Damage:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a comparable replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

2. Claims Process

2.1 Reporting an Issue:

  • To report a lost, stolen, or damaged package, contact our Customer Support team at orders@sollybaby.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

2.2 Documentation Required:

  • For lost or stolen packages:
  • Proof of purchase (i.e., order number)
  • Any relevant correspondence with the carrier
  • For stolen packages, a police report must be file, and the case number provided to us
  • For damaged packages:
  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (i.e., order number, receipt)

2.3 Resolution Timeframe:

  • We aim to resolve all claims within 6-11 business days. This may vary based on the complexity of the claim and response times from the carrier.

3. Exclusions

The following scenarios are not covered under our Paid Shipping Protection Policy:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Items that were damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase and that you check your order confirmation email for any errors immediately after your order is placed.

4. Additional Notes

4.1 International Orders:

  • International orders are also covered under our Paid Shipping Protection Policy, but please note that customs delays are beyond our control. If your package is delayed due to customs, we will assist in tracking and providing updates but cannot guarantee expedited resolution.

5. Activation and Validity

5.1 Activation:

  • Paid Shipping Protection is activated upon the successful completion of your purchase with the additional fee included at checkout.

5.2 Validity:

  • The protection covers the shipment from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is marked as delivered to your address and is valid for 30 days from the date of shipment. Claims made after this 30-day period will not be covered. 

5.3 Right to Void:

  • Solly Baby reserves the right to refund the cost of the Paid Shipping Protection and void this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such cases, you will be notified, and the protection fee will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Fraud Prevention and Policy Abuse

6.1 Honest Claims:

We are committed to ensuring that all legitimate claims are handled promptly and fairly. However, we take fraudulent claims very seriously. By purchasing our Paid Shipping Protection, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information when reporting any issue.

6.2 Consequences of Fraudulent Claims:

Any attempt to abuse the Paid Shipping Protection Policy, including filing false claims, providing misleading information, or attempting to receive benefits to which you are not entitled, will result in the immediate voiding of the protection for the order in question. Additionally, Solly Baby reserves the right to take further action, including:

  • Reporting fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities
  • Banning the customer from future purchases
  • Pursuing legal action to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent claims

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours. When we have an unusually high volume of orders due to seasonal launches, sales, or holiday closures, it may take a bit longer for your order to ship. Orders within the contiguous U.S. ship UPS 2nd Day Air. (Approximately 2 business days; currently experiencing delays.) Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii ship USPS Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 business days). International delivery windows vary, but average 2+ weeks depending on destination and options selected at checkout.

A preorder is an order placed for a product that is in production (rather than in stock). The anticipated ship date is noted at the top of the product listing. Your credit card/method of payment will be processed when the order is placed to reserve your item. Once the item becomes available, you'll receive confirmation via email that your order has shipped. Please note: Preorders cannot be shipped until they are available—even if expedited shipping is selected. All items in the same order ship together by default. RETURNS

We are happy to accept a return or exchange of unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of your order’s arrival. Simply email orders@sollybaby.com to get started.

Please note:

  • If the item does not meet the above conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Items outside the 30-day window are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • If the item was purchased using a promotion code requiring the purchase of two items, returning one of those items will make the promotion pricing invalid. Your refund will reflect paying full price for the item you are keeping.
  • Items marked **Final Sale** cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Solly Baby will cover the cost of return shipping on your first return or exchange from a U.S. address (excluding APO/FPO addresses). You will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs.
  • Digital gift card purchases are not eligible for return and have no cash value.
  • Original shipping costs and gift wrapping are nonrefundable.

If you received a Solly Baby item purchased from our website as a gift and don’t wish to keep it, it may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
