“If you want happiness for an hour— take a nap. If you want happiness for a day— go fishing. If you want happiness for a year —inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime— help someone else." -Chinese proverbFebruary's Book Club book is The Book of Lykke. The Danes may be the happiest people in the world, but Wiking travels around the globe, finding the best ways to lead a contended, fulfilled life. This is the easiest book to pick up and get inspired by! Originally, I wanted to share Wiking’s other, more well-known book: The Book of Hygge, but after reading (+ loving them) both, this selection was the clear winner for our community. So many quick tips for increased happiness, with interesting stats accompanying every tip, but, beware- by the time it was over I made no less than five new life plans. I recommend buying the hard copy bc it’s darling and makes it an even quicker and more delightful read. Buy the book, bring a friend along, and download our guide below to discuss with your own book club (my favorite kind of me time, mamas)!
