Donate to the Solly Ochoch in Guatemala
The Solly Ochoch is a family resource center serving communities in some of the most remote, impoverished villages of Guatemala. Founded and funded by the Solly community, it provides lifesaving nutrition to severely malnourished babies and mothers, grants access to prenatal and postpartum care through an on-site nurse, offers nutrition and health education classes, and so much more. (Headlamps for midwives delivering babies the pitch darkness have been game-changing!)
One hundred percent of your donation goes directly to the Ochoch, which is run in partnership with The Humble Village, a nonprofit that takes no overhead costs. The programs are holistic and sustainable, carefully designed to make a lasting impact. They’re run almost exclusively by Guatemalans, which both supports the local economy and makes it possible to cultivate trust with the communities.
