Early parenthood can feel like a blur—days filled with diaper changes, feedings, laundry, and endless to-dos that leave little space to simply pause. By the time the house is finally quiet, we’re often too tired to do anything but scroll through curated feeds of spotless homes, dream vacations, and people who somehow seem to have it all together. It’s no wonder we start to feel like what we have isn’t enough.
This month, we’re challenging that narrative through one simple but powerful practice: gratitude. Each day throughout November, we’ve outlined a small, meaningful way to slow down and take notice of the good that’s already here. Because in a season that so often centers around more, perhaps what we really need is to remember that what (and who) we have is already enough.
Here’s to a month of pursuing gratitude together. May you reach December feeling a little lighter and a lot more thankful.
Note: If you're joining us sometime mid-month, welcome! Hop on in wherever you're at. It's never too late to start giving thanks.

Day 09: Verbally thank someone for something they've done.
Day 10: Call your parents (or another family member or someone who feels like family) just to say I love you.
Day 11: Take a photo of something that brings you joy today. It could be your baby’s smile, morning light through the window, or a quiet cup of coffee.
Day 12: Leaving a glowing review for a company you love.
Day 13: Make a conscious effort to avoid complaining today.
Day 14: List 5 things you love about your kids.
Week 3
Day 15: Print a photo that makes you happy and tape it somewhere you’ll see it daily.
Day 16: Leave your partner a surprise love note.
Day 17: Before bed, ask your partner to share one thing they’re grateful for from the day.
Day 18: Avoid any negative self-talk today.
Day 19: Make a donation to the charity of your choice—consider sending them a quick email or note sharing why their work is meaningful to you.
Day 20: Take a walk in a beautiful space. Breathe in the magic.
Day 21: Thank your postal worker or delivery driver in person. Bonus points for a handwritten note or snack.
Week 4
Day 22: Take notice of the abundance in your pantry. Gather dry goods that aren’t being used and donate them to someone in need.
Day 23: Open the door for someone, or let a car in front of you when driving.
Day 24: Name one “ordinary” thing that feels extraordinary today.
Day 25: Write down everything that went right today.
Day 26: Drop off a treat or flowers at a neighbor’s door. No note needed—just kindness, quietly delivered.
Day 27: Turn dinner into a gratitude circle. Have each family member share one good thing from the day.
Day 28: Leave a kind comment on a stranger’s post that genuinely inspires you. Gratitude in the digital space counts too.
Day 29: Clean up who you follow on social media. If they don't bring joy to your feed, click "unfollow".
Day 30: List 3 things you are grateful for that happened in November.
