We offer UPS 2nd Day Air (approx 2 business days) to all 48 continental states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will remain with USPS Priority mail (approx 2-3 business days) both at $6.95 upon shipment. We have several UPS International shipping options. Shipping costs will vary based on your location and all prices include duties and taxes. If the shipping method is USPS First Class International, we offer a flat rate of $15 but this does not include duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for all fees upon arrival.
Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive one from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are here to help at firstname.lastname@example.org. Updates are also available on your Account if you made one at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic Orders: Shipments to all 48 continental states will be made via UPS 2nd Day Air. (approx 2 business days ) at $6.95 upon shipment. We offer shipments to Hawaii and Alaska under USPS Priority mail (approx 2-3 business days). Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. This timeline does not include weekends.
International Orders: If you are outside of the US, we offer several shipping options via UPS. Transit times vary from 2+ weeks based on your location and the option you choose. If shipping USPS First Class International, the transit time is approx 2-3+ weeks. Customers are also responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
*Please note that orders typically take 48 business hours for processing before shipping. When we have an influx of orders due to sales, launches, promotions, holidays, etc, it will take longer to ship everything out. If you ordered a product currently on PREORDER, it will not ship until it’s back in stock, even if you purchased expedited shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. We are currently experiencing delays. Thank you!*
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We will ship anywhere that UPS delivers. With UPS, all duties and taxes are included at checkout. With USPS First Class International, please be advised that you are responsible for your country's customs fees and delays.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept a return/exchange of your purchase on unused, unwashed items in the original packaging, and within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Email email@example.com or log in to your Account and we will help right away!
Please be aware that if the item returned does not meet our return conditions above, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
If the item you wish to return was purchased using a promotion code requiring the purchase of two items, please know that returning one of those items will make the promotion pricing invalid. Your refund will reflect paying full price for the item you are keeping.
Also to note, Solly Baby will pay for return shipping for the first return or exchange for US orders only (does not include APO/FPO addresses). Any further return shipping costs, after the first transaction, are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a gift?
If you received a Solly Baby product as a gift and would like to return it, you may be able to exchange your item or receive a store credit. As mentioned in our return policy above, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
What is a Preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not available on our website but currently in production. By placing a preorder, a wrap is purchased and held for you and it will ship out before the product is back in-stock on our website. The ship date listed under the product description will inform you of its release date and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once it ships.
Can I cancel a Preorder?
Yes, you can cancel your Preorder before the order is fulfilled and shipped out. You can email us at email@example.com for assistance.
What happens if I order an In-Stock item and a Preorder item together?
If you order one or more items with your preordered item, all products in the same order number will automatically ship together. If you are located in the U.S. and need the order to be split so you receive the in-stock product(s) sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I place a Preorder, will my credit card / method of payment process immediately?
Yes, you are paying for your item to be held and shipped before it’s listed as back in-stock on our website.
